Target Languages - What does it stand for?
We are a translation service provider supplying our customers
with high-quality, punctual and customer-tailored solutions for
their daily needs as well as for their larger projects.
Quality assurance. Based on the principles of IS0 9002
standard we satisfy the highest quality demands. We only work
with native, qualified and experienced translators. Every
translation is reviewed by an experienced proof-reader. In order
to ensure quality in larger projects, such as translations of
manuals, we use translation memory tools which guarantee
consistent terminology and style. Usage of CAT tools permits
quicker updates of manuals.
Deadlines. Independently of the details of your project,
consistent project management ensures that a high-quality
translation is delivered to you by the agreed upon deadline.
Should we be unable to do so, discount is our response to delays
which were beyond our control. Right from the start, we respond
to your translation requests within one hour to ensure that your
translation job is completed as soon as possible.
Corporate terminology. Target Languages is first and
foremost a service provider. This means that the customer is and
remains the centre of our attention. In order to keep our focus
on the customer's satisfaction we have developed a number of
extra services, free of charge of course, such as the access to
web-based terminology databases, including your own corporate
terminology which we keep up-to-date for you.
Personal contact. Maintaining close working relationships
and open communication are crucial to surmounting stylistic
hurdles in the field of translation. While we do exploit the
electronic information network, we also realise that there is no
substitute for personal contact. For this reason, we strive to
carry on an intensive dialogue with the client and take care
that no hurdles stand in the way to successful project
completion.
